Penthouse 205 is a creative studio by Jaja Samaniego, located in the heart of Makati’s central business district, offering a quiet, light-filled space above the city. Designed as a physical extension of Jaja’s refined, editorial approach to photography, the studio reflects the same sense of calm, intention, and thoughtful composition found in her work.
The space includes both an indoor studio and rooftop access, allowing for a seamless flow between studio sessions, content shoots to intimate gatherings and brand activations.
The rooftop offers an additional layer to the space best suited for conversations and gatherings that call for a change of pace without leaving the city.

The Location
Penthouse 205 sits quietly within Legazpi Village, revealed through two distinct points of entry. Whichever way you enter, the transition is gradual, shifting from the movement of Makati to a space that feels set apart.

The Layout
The studio is designed as a flow of spaces rather than a single room. The rooftop opens up the experience where the city becomes a backdrop. Together, the layout supports both creation and gathering, moving effortlessly between work and pause.
How the space can work for you

Four (4) hours of studio access.
Use of lighting equipment.
Access to a full-length mirror.
Use of the fitting room and makeup area.

A selection of white and colored backdrops are available for Php 3,500.00 per backdrop.
Additional hours are charged at Php 4,500 per hour. -
Six hours of access to the studio, pantry, and rooftop deck for a private gathering.
Php 35,000
Security deposit Php 25,000 (refundable).
A cleaning fee applies at Php 1,500 per 10 guests.
Ingress and egress time is charged at Php 3,500 per hour,
with a minimum of one hour before and one hour after the gathering.Additional event time may be requested at Php 5,000 per hour, subject to availability.

Penthouse 205 includes an 81.51 sqm indoor studio and a 302.67 sqm roofdeck, offering both intimate and open spaces for your shoot or gathering.
For comfort and ease of movement, we recommend:
30–40 pax for the studio area
50–80 pax for the roofdeck area
These capacities are ideal for shoots and small gatherings with equipment and setup. If you’re planning something larger, feel free to reach out so we can assess how best to accommodate your needs.

Sessions and studio use are scheduled by appointment so we can give each booking the time and attention it deserves. We recommend reaching out ahead of your visit to confirm availability.

Yes, clients have 1 dedicated parking slot located at Bloomingdale Parking, 205 Adelantado St., Legazpi Village, Makati. The nearest pay parking is Legazpi Car Park, a one-minute walk from the studio.

Yes, pets are welcome in the penthouse. We simply ask that you let us know in advance and ensure they are leashed or kept in carriers, for everyone’s comfort and safety.
